You may or may not already know about Sacramento’s big ball drop thingie happening tonight. Although they’re dropping a giant light-up ball, I thought it would be cooler if we dropped a cow (this is Sacramento after all) but I don’t think that would have made it past the committee.
The event is happening in the intersection of 10th and K Streets – exactly where EMRL is located.
What this means is, while hordes of people are stuck down on the street paying for drinks, freezing, and waiting in line for the restroom, we’ll be upstairs making obscure cocktails and having pleasant conversation where it’s warm!
